Losing the Baby Weight – Update

It’s been a few weeks since I have got round to doing an update on losing the baby weight. I am STILL struggling to follow the exact Slimming World diet but I am following it roughly in that I’m trying to be aware of and stick to my healthy options (ie only so much dairy and so much bread etc). I’m just not measuring my syns exactly. I have naughties and am aware that I am often going over on my syns at times but I’m just trying to get a balance that’s right for me and am continuing to weigh in each week and hope for the best!

I did start to do a workout DVD at home in my spare time but I’ve been on holiday, had my daughter’s birthday and my hips have been bad too over the last 3 – 4 weeks so I’ve put it on hold slightly but hope to get back in the swing asap, especially as I have my fab Zaggora hot pants to wear!

I’ve had a couple of small gains in the last few weeks but have continued to lose too and have achieved my stone certificate and this week I got my Club 10 certificate too.

I am currently only 2lbs off my target weight. It’s taken me a good 5 months in losing the baby weight but I’m getting there and feel good for it!
