Losing the Baby Weight Week 9

I’m 9 weeks into my diet in my bid to lose my baby weight and have to confess that despite weighing in at Slimming World every week I’m not really back on the wagon of following it exactly and monitoring my syns and healthy options. However things are continuing to go in the right direction somehow, which I am pleased about! I’ve lost 2.5lbs in the last two weeks, making an overall total loss so far of 9.5lbs.

It’s strange but I find that the weeks where I am a bit naughty (or use up the majority of my syns) I tend to lose more. This is why I like Slimming World, as it’s not about calorie counting and there’s not much weighing to be done, it’s more about a healthy way of life and a healthy, balanced diet, that allows for the occasional naughty treats!

Here’s to another new week and hopefully continuing to head in the right direction! I would LOVE to get to my target weight with no weight gain (hope I haven’t just jinxed myself there!) Half way there, 9lbs to go!
